You pay once for a testimonials.ltd plan and it is yours for life. Every plan purchase comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked.
If testimonials.ltd is not for you, ask for your money back within 7 days of paying and you get a full refund of what you paid for the plan. You do not have to give a reason.
Email [email protected] from the address you bought with, within 7 days of your payment, and say you would like a refund. A real person reads every request and replies. The money goes back to the payment method you used; your bank or card provider decides how quickly it shows on your statement.
When a plan is refunded, the account goes back to having no plan. Export your testimonials first if you want to keep a copy; export is built into the product.
After 7 days the purchase is final and you own the plan for good, the same as any one-time purchase. If something went wrong, such as a duplicate or mistaken payment, email [email protected] and we will put it right.
Optional add-ons that are billed monthly, such as extra video capacity, are separate from the one-time plan purchase and are not covered by the guarantee. You can cancel a monthly add-on any time to stop future charges. The current period is not pro-rated.
